(ASCEND) run script when user dials in

We want to be able to run a script from a radius profile.  As the user
logs in the script runs and updates the access file on an N2H2 server
adding their ip.
When the user logs out a script runs that takes their ip out of the N2H2
access file.

Can someone tell me what the radius parameters are to do this using
regular Ascend radius.   Also, we are upgrading to Cistron soon .  Can you
do this in Cistron too?

OR does anyone know an easier more efficient way to accomplish the same
thing?
