(ASCEND) TNT Software version 7.0.3

We just upgraded this morning and seem to have some problems with ping.
When i ping to or from the tnt (or anyone logged into the TNT's)  i get
packet loss between 13 and 17
percent.  Has anyone else seen this?   One TNT has a moderate to
heavy load and the other has a very light load but they both do the
same thing.

Also, I still cannot add a secondary ip to a TNT on my ether port without
slowing everything on my network way down.  When i add the secondary or
take it away the
ethernet port on the TNT goes down and i have to console in and reboot.  I
don't think that is normal.  On a cisco I can add and take away
secondaries and it doesn't hurt anything on the network.

Is there already reports of these two probs and are they going to be fixed
soon?
