(ASCEND) run script when user dials in (fwd)

Once upon a time WCN Customer Service shaped the electrons to say...

You know that RADIUS Accounting will have a record of their IP - right?

I don't believe that any RADIUS server is able to spawn an external script
based on *accounting* packets.  Cistron can call an external program at
*authentication* time, but you'd need this to happen with Accounting.
I think you'll need to hack this in yourself.
