In fact, I do. 
According to the ascend engineer(s) we spoke with, it was
a code coming from the telco. In the one  instance where
we have had it, it was a 64k dedicated isdn customer that
we had set Framed-Protocol to MPP. And something between 
their Pipe75 (which had Encaps set to MPP) and our end 
just wasnt kosher. Changed their Framed-Protocol to PPP 
and the Encaps on the Pipe to PPP and life is dandy. 

You might want to do the live support option off of AOS,
I always get quick responses there.
