(ASCEND) SUPER FCLEAR and NVRAM CLEAR

I have a few 4048s that refuse to bring up a 24ch MPP T1 link under any
circumstances unless I tftp restore the saved configuration.  I have
printed out the configuration and manually entered the information by hand
but still no dice.

Is there an ultra fclear and nvram clear set of commands that will wipe
out everything beyond what fclear and nvram clear does?
