(ASCEND) AOL-IM and the FIreWall 0n the PIPELINE-75

I am trying to configure my pipline 75 and Secure Connection Manager to
work with the AOL-IM.  I am having a few problem figuring out exactly what
to do at this time.  I feel that I have to go down to the custom IP
protocol and open a tcp hole for the desired port.  Would this be correct
or am I still missing something.  Any Help would be appreciated.
