I don't know how well Ascend's offering stacks up, but if you are just
looking for a tftp+ftp server for Win32 then check out the offering at
<URL:http://infodeli.3com.com/software/utilities_for_windows_32_bit.htm>

This 3com software (which doesn't _appear_ to have any onerous licensing
restrictions) was recommended to me by a Nortel/Bay/Xylogics engineer and
worked just fine in a recent MAX upgrade  ;-)
