RE: (ASCEND) False radius information

As I know, this are some missing default settings. If you don't use this
functions like banner or ipxroute, you don't have to define it.

Anyway it is not related to the RADIUS implementation on your side. For
example if you use CISTRON, Cistron is complaining about this guys (I don't
want bother you with the complete message):
     dovbs-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     route-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     ipxroute-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     pools-ASJPN01/ascend
     bridge-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     frdlink-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     permconn-ASJPN01-1/ascend
     initial-banner-ASJPN01/ascend
     banner/ascend
     route-1/ascend
     dovbs-1/ascend
     ipxroute-1/ascend
     initial-banner/ascend
BTW: ASJPN01 is the corresponding MAX1800
