Do you want something like 

        Ascend-Xmit-Rate = 49333
        Ascend-Data-Rate = 28800

in your detail files?

Attributes are (in VSA mode)

ATTRIBUTE       Ascend-Xmit-Rate                255     integer Ascend
ATTRIBUTE       Ascend-Data-Rate                197     integer Ascend

You can find a complete dictionary (as in my knowledge) for
Ascend/USR/Cisco in Yard daemon:

ftp://maya.iesi.ba.cnr.it/pub/develop/YARD-1.0pre10.tar.gz

in VSA mode.  Anyway Ascend has a list of attributes included in doc CD.
