(ASCEND) Selecting MP

Hi,
as far as I know, MP (or MPP) is the protocol that allow 128k ISDN
connections placing 2 calls. I disabled both MP and MPP in my max400 so
ppl can connect only ad 64k on ISDN line, but I would like to nkow if
there is a way to specify that in the radius' users file, to allow certain
users to connect at 128k
