If you're using RADIUS to authenticate your users, the
ascend dictionary defines:

Ascend-Maximum-Call-Duration

As a reply attribute for maximum call duration.  You
can append it to your reply items in your users file.
It's value is the specified number of "minutes" to
allow a call to last.
