Correct because 1.54mbps DSL just happens to be exactly the same speed as
1.54mbps T1. (Never mind that "classic t1" is often deployed by the telcos
using HDSL devices).

Not unless you run DSL over frame or x25. Which he isnt doing.

Hes not running DSL/ATM. Hes running DSL/IP. No ATM anywhere.

Hes running from himself to his own customers. So this argument doesnt
even enter into the equation.
