(ASCEND) Max 4000 flag as a voice call

Hi folks,

I heard that a Cisco 5300 can initiate a call and flag the call as a voice
call.
How do I setup the same thing for the Max 4000 ?

Any expert out there who know how to get the Max 4000 or the TNT to handle
voice call as well.

I have been told that as long as the Max or the TNT have the least cost
routing,
we can connect call and pass it through as a voice call.  Any telco expert ???
