Hi,

Ascend are aware of the problem, and the site should
be back working very shortly.  Contact support at
aos.ascend.com and they may be able to get the code
to you via another method.
(I phoned them earlier when I could not get on at
all! - the site was completely empty earlier, so
things are getting there...)
