That's a purchased feature, and based on the serial number of the unit. 
You'd have to contact an Ascend Dealer to have them order that for you.  I 
wish it was as easy as just applying a generic hash code and pulling off 
the plastic covers on the Pots ports (but it isn't).  Not even sure how 
much the cost is. Typically I find people more willing to trade a P75 for a 
P50 + some cash (I've done that myself on occasion) than prob what 
Ascend/Lucent wants for the feature upgrade.
