(ASCEND) 7.0.26

Since there were two references to fixes concerning modems not being seen
or used that were available, I just tried the 7.0.26 upgrade - it had the
same problem I had with 7.0.3 in that, after a half hour or so of
disconnects and connects by users, every so many calls were routed to slot
9 port 1 instead of the modems that they are configured to use. (this is
with channelized T1s , not pri)
