RE: (ASCEND) Max 4K: no diagnostic menu

Does the max give you an error?  Or does it just remain at the main menu?

I have had this happen when the max thinks that there is a session open
already to the diag screen.

I have a Max 4k that suddenly won't go into the diag menu using the full
access security profile. It is enabled in the security profile. Any ideas?
