RE: (ASCEND) Max 4K: no diagnostic menu



MAX in some software revisions has problem with not clearing telnet sessions
properly. If you entered diag mode in one of them that can make same
symptoms as your problem. Try upgrating software revision!

I have a Max 4k that suddenly won't go into the diag menu using the full
access security profile. It is enabled in the security profile. Any ideas?
