RE: (ASCEND) UserTracker
We just watch syslog for that, but usually don't have to, because we can
perform queries against an SQL database, looking up the user's phone number,
which gives us a history of that user's calls for a day, week, or month
(accounting records are injected into the database realtime by our radius
server). We can see *exactly* why the user isn't getting connected.
