As an aside, even if you have a point-to-point T1 from the telco, you
can still use FR for encapsulation instead of PPP. Just set up your
end as an FR switch. Although I've not done it, I believe you can do
this over ISDN too.
You may find it useful to offer your customers multiple PVCs,
especially if they have multiple branch offices.
