> Hi all,
> We have MAX TNT with ver 7.2.0 . Some of our customers complaining, they said" Once we logged to the network, we can't see any thing: Internet,mail...". I'm trying to find what's happening around. So far, the interesting thing I found is that if any customer got a certain IP's from the IP-
POOL, he won't see any thing.

Did you say ALL Poolusers have that Problem or only some?

Check the following:
- If Pooladresses lie in the Range of the directly connected Ethernet IP-Net activate
  Proxy-arp on the Ethernetport. Like:
  dir ip-interface
  read ip-interface { { 1 16 4 } 0}
  set proxy-mode = active
  write
- Check Routing for all Pool addresses and make shure your (Default)gate knows that the Pool
  addresses are on the max.
- Make shure you don't defined (single) Adresspools that are greater than a Class-C Net AND
  make shure *.*.*.0 and *.*.*.255 are NEVER used. A single Pool can only defined for max 254
  Users!! The Netaddress and the Broadcastaddress are forbidden! If you need more more
  adresses for your Poolusers define more single Pools and use Poolaggregation.
