(ASCEND) Bad calls




We have two pops, in separate cities.

When I do an AVM command at one, I have numerous modem ports that register
0 bad calls, in the past say 300 calls. I have another POP whose ports
indicate at least 10 percent of the calls are bad.

Can anyone with experience at diagnosing the reason for bad calls tell me
why there would be a disparity here?
