(ASCEND) Max TNT and Frameline Card

Has anybody ever had any problems with really crappy throughput
using a frameline card?  Our office in North Carolina switched
over to a frameline card from an 8T-1 card for their Point-to-
Points and performance has really dropped.  I'm trying to weed
out the obvious problems.
