(ASCEND) Ascend Max 4K - "Dual Slot T1... Not Installed" - meaning?

Anyone know what this means?  I thought it meant that only 2 T1s could be
used in the Max 4000 but I was told by someone else that if you could set 4
T1s up in the main edit menu then the Max had 4 T1s enabled.

Who is right?
