RE: (ASCEND) Disconnect causes

** Where on the ascend (now lucent somewhere) site is there the reason codes
** for the max boxes, ie this:

**         Ascend-Disconnect-Cause = 45
**         Ascend-Connect-Progress = 60
**
** What do the numbers mean?

In this case, you're looking at a normal session:

 60: Lan Session Up
 45: PPP - Receive Terminate Request
