Animating Tool

I made a sort of front end to "bitmap"-editor. It should help creating
of bitmap animations.

The release is very new ( I start to write it on monday, on evenings ).
It lacks the multipart-object support and some else features.

It can be found in ifi.uio.no:/crossfire/incoming/animator.1.0.0.tar.Z .
