FTP update.

 The messages of the preferred site seems to have trickled to a halt, and
the results were that the ftp.world.net site is preferred by more people
than the ifi site in Norway.

 As such, the ftp.world.net site will become the primary site for
crossfire source.  IT seems that almost no one actually uses the incoming
directory, and for sake of simplicity on the mirror sites, I see no reason
why the world.net site should not be the primary area for the entire
directory tree.

 After worl.net is set up properly for me to use, I will then inform
the mirror sites.  The Australian site administrator said there would be
no problem making the change.  I would guess that the same would be true
of the new UK site.

 Please do not send mail stating that with those results, you now vote
for the ifi site.  Because then in ifi site comes out in the majority, you
can bet that in the next round, all the people preferring the US site would
send me mail, and this would go on for ever.
