3) If you want a really good weapon start with darkblade or something
equal.  The only limit is that the magic bonus must be 0 when you start.
This is quite easy to get when you have the spells "cancelation" and "build
director".  Carry only that sword, wielded and cast the cancelation so that
it will bounce multiple times over you.
The reason for starting with a darkblade is that it is not made of iron and
thus never can be damaged by acid.  Also you get some nice bonuses like
immune drain, protect poison, regenerate +1 and some stats in the case of
darkblade.
