	Ok, I have to call you out on the "carpet" on this. I have 
	been working on a skills code which (as of the last release
	to mark in a few days) comprised of 23 skills, all but one
	of which could be aquired by *any* character. About two months
	ago, I also (briefly) discussed unifying the skills code with
	(within) the spell code. However I never got a response back 
	from you on whether you wished to collaborate with me. Can I
	assume that you have changed your mind? I am (and have been) 
	working towards most of the goals you have esposed in your 
	mail. I too am willing to "back up my ... proposal with coding".

	Any one else out there ?
