CF: saving throw again



Hello.

A member of Japanese Crossfire mailing list found the bug of
saving throw.

In Crossfire 0.92.4 or earlier, the value of savethrow[] is
defined in 0..99 (in common/living.c).
But savethrow[] seems to be referred in 1..100 or 1..110 (in
server/attack.c).

This cause a trouble that a high level(100 or more) character
fails in saving throw in a high probability.
