 Hopefully, all the bugs with sending garbage to port 13326 and crashing
the server have been fixed.  Unfortunately I am not positive - I got
a problem that spews random garbage to the port, and don't see any crashes
on mine, but other people who run it sometimes see crashes on theirs.
Could be something vaguely kernel related, or maybe we had a version
mismatch.

 Of course, you could disable both the addme and listening on port 13326
for the surest bet.
