A few here and a few there to start with. Say 3 different sorts in
scorn, particularly low level monster based, one maybe in the ruins just
north of scorn.

Then I'd say leave it up to people you want to use theses for a larger
dungeon or quest.  Which will add more maps and styles to the random map
set as time goes on.
