Just my 2 cents: Since there should be a push to make
also a climate/weather for maps, it might be better to
designate maps as inside/outside rather than adj_daylight.
eg use a parameter for the map:
map->outside : if == 0, then map is inside, underground,etc
and *doesnt* experience weather, daylight
changes, etc.
As you can see, this means that all maps will default to being
inside (the current setting :).
