I have the ability to POST to a WebMethods engine. 

I am writing a test Java class that posts XML messages to WebMethods
through a POST.  My problem is authentication with WebMethods.  I can't
figure out if it is my code or the way WebMethods does a decode of HTTP
Basic Authentication.
