ftp timeout

I'm sick of being disconnected from my ftp session every time I stop to 
edit a text file.  There must be a way to change the timeout but I haven't 
been able to find it in the wu-ftpd documentation.

Oh yeah...also I know this may be a long shot but is there anybody who 
would like to help me work my way through an Oracle 8i install?  I don't 
want to post too many questions to this mailing list.  I may be able to 
convince my boss to put up a reasonable consulting fee if someone ends up 
physically coming over here to help out.
