I'll third "Running Linux" and "Unix Power Tools". I haven't read either
of the others mentioned above, but as a rule, "if it is O'Reilly, it is
good".

The other books I've gotten the most use out of have been the "Linux
System Administrator's Survival Guide" published by SAMS (not sure if that's
still being printed under that title) -- a nice, big, thick book containing
answers to every newbie question you're likely to stumble over in your first
few months of Linux use. Also, the "Unix System Administration Handbook"
published by Prentice-Hall -- the Sysadmin's Bible. It's considerably more
hardcore than you're likely to need, but does offer a good intro to diverse
subjects such as filesystem management, backups, security, dealing with
users, etc. Unfortunately, unless there's been changes in the latest
edition, it doesn't actually cover Linux specifically, but since it
concentrates more on concepts than implementations, that's not a big
problem.
