Re: [TCLUG:10560] LILO troubles



This is somewhat of a longshot, but it worked for me once...

Go to freshmeat.net and grab the most current lilo distrib.

tar xfv it into /tmp

read the various applicable readme's and compile.

This process will generate a new boot.b file, just
copy it over your current boot.b file and then
rerun lilo.

Who knows...maybe building a new boot loader from
scratch will help?
