Please elaborate on a few concepts here.

A) Is this line traffic shaped? like what i hear about visi.com's radsl
lines
B) Is this line's total xfer/month have a quota of any sort?
C) what speed are you talking about?  Same upstream speed?
D) what is the "setup fee" if any?
E) how much is it for a small block of ip's?
