You'll also want to consider a chroot bubble if you're going to let your
WWW users run cgi scripts. The homedir chrooted may not be a bad idea,
either. Take a peek at the LASG (Linux Administrators Security Guide --
kinda topical, but a good "vanilla" scoop), too.
