I just read a story about this on CNET.  A bunch of people tried to get into
the MS office (where I don't remember) to demand a refund.  They found the
elevators locked on the MS level of the building and basically got sent
home.  They continued their picket on an adjoining parking ramp and
eventually just dissipated.

The official line from MS seems to be "see your manufacturer" since the
language in the license doesn't make MS responsible for the refund.

*shrug*  This one doesn't seem like it will get real far; there doesn't even
seem to be a basis for a class action suit on the terms of the license
itself.  Anti-trust concerns could provide enough fuel for a suit - but
bigger fish are already on it.
