bzip and tar



Okay, I just compiled tar 1.13, hoping that it would automagically add in an
option to handle bzip2 archives.  I tried running it, and it didn't say
anything.  Searching through the Changelog, I find out that the options for
using bzip2 have been _removed_..  Probably some stupid licensing issue..  Bah!!

Is that what the 'b' is for?  BSD-style license? (as opposed to 'g' on GNU
gzip..)

Anyway, just ranting, I gues...
