I'd try the mandrake rpm rather than netscape's. I don't know why they
should be different, but I can't remember any problems since I upgraded
from 4.51 to 4.61. (I do shutdown my computer at night, so netscape isn't
open that long). Also, try moving ~/.netscape somewhere and see what
happens -- sometimes a config file is causing that problem.
