Local freshmeat mirror

I thought Clay would announce this. :-)

Real Time has a local copy of freshmeat online.

I  have requested mn.us.mirrors.freshmeat.net be changed to Real Time's mirror
since I have never been able to access current local mirror (ping, traceroute,
snmp, anything).

The mirror is updated every 30 minutes.
