junkbusters rules, but..

I just downloaded and installed junkbusters (proxy to block ads, etc)
(http://www.junkbusters.com) and it is great! But... I have a linux box
running a web server and ipmasq for internet access (on demand). To make
my and my client's lives simplier, I'd like not to have to configure a
proxy on each client machine for internet access. They have the gateway
set to the linux. If I have junkbuster listen to port 80 that'll work
fine, but then they can't access the intranet web page. What is the best
way around this?

Should I have httpd listen to port 999 (whatever)? How can I redirect
requests to linuxbox (destination) from requests through linuxbox
(gateway)?

Thanks,

Ben
