No clue, man.  Which harddrive is your master on the primary?  Your
windows harddrive or your linux harddrive?  Well, whichever it is,
you're going to want to install LILO on the MBR boot sector of the
harddrive that is the primary master.

The lilo.conf "boot=" line should have something like "boot=/dev/hda"
or "boot=/dev/sda".  Rerun 'lilo' and try it again.  There's a very
good manual that comes with the lilo source (or package) called
Manual.txt.gz.  Check it out.  (It can be found in /usr/doc/lilo on
the Debian distro.)
