Is there any reason you'd want to go with a service provider that only
offers dynamic IPs?

I just signed on for DSL with visi.net for $24.95, including a static IP,
Disk space for web/anonymous ftp, 1 hrs ppp dial up and shell access.  It
looks like a spendid deal; does anyone know these guys?
