This ought to be enough in /etc/printcap add:
  :if=/usr/local/lib/filters/ifhp -Zduplex:\
  :of=/usr/local/lib/filters/ofhp:\
  :vf=/usr/local/lib/filters/ifhp -Zduplex:\
To your description of the printer.
