If you have 137.22.60 - 137.22.67, then you can mask at 255.255.252.0 and have
2 sub-nett'd class B addresses.

137.22.60.0 - 137.22.63.255
137.22.64.0 - 137.22.67.255

I think there is a way to get 1 contigous block but I don't have my subnet
calcular handy.
