Here's a list I made of the resolutions my 3dfx Voodoo3 2000 supports
under WindowsNT. I can't get Xfree86 3.3.5 working, and have not yet tried
3.3.6. Note the funky aspect ratios.

640x480    1.333  4:3
800x600    1.333  4:3
960x720    1.333  4:3
1024x768   1.333  4:3
1152x864   1.333  4:3
1280x960   1.333  4:3
1280x1024  1.250  5:4
1600x1024  1.563  25:16
1600x1200  1.333  4:3
1792x1344  1.333  4:3
1856x1392  1.333  4:3
1920x1080  1.778  16:9
1920x1200  1.600  8:5
1920x1440  1.333  4:3
2046x1536  1.332  4:3 (1023:768)

1280x960 has square pixels, but it's a big jump to 1600x1200. I leave my
17" monitor at 1152x864, but it goes up to 1856x1392. 1920x1080 happens to
be the maximum resolution of HDTV. Anyone found a projector that handles
this resolution below $20,000?
