CDROM (ioctl) reports ILLEGAL REQUEST

After buring a cdr, I get the follow error:

Nov 23 17:30:25 linux kernel: Uniform CDROM driver Revision: 2.56
Nov 23 17:30:25 linux kernel: VFS: Disk change detected on device sr(11,0)
Nov 23 17:30:25 linux kernel: sr0: CDROM (ioctl) reports ILLEGAL REQUEST.

I try to "eject /dev/sr0", I get

eject: unable to eject, last error: Invalid argument

Pressing the eject button on the drive, nothing happens.

I have to take a paper-clip, bend it, and manually eject the drive. Then the
drive is in accessiable until I reboot.

Any ideas?
